This week’s special — The Six o’clock Scramble

Six o'clock ScrambleOk, time to tout the achievements of yet another of my talented and creative friends in my little culinary sisterhood. If you’re faced with trying to prepare a healthy meal for your family after a long day’s work and have run out of ideas and time, The Six o’clock Scramble may be just what the doctor ordered.

Founded by Aviva Goldfarb, mom and cook extraordinaire, the Scramble is an online dinner planning service. Each week, Aviva emails her members five simple, delicious and healthful recipes, complete with a grocery list to make shopping easier and faster. Each meal takes no longer than 30 minutes to prepare, but not to worry, Aviva’s recipes prove that speed and yumminess (this is a technical term) are not mutually exclusive.

Visit www.thescramble.com to learn more and see a few sample recipes or buy The Six o’clock Scramble cookbook, which features 52 weeks of healthy recipes.

Happy Scrambling!

  1. Guess who taught me to make the yummiest and most professional omelettes? Chef Danielle!
